My path in problem solving has sculpted me into recognising the importance of interfaces in many areas of design. From sonic engineering to marketing & branding, my ability to simplify the connection between creators & audiences has guided me to seamlessly transitioning into a UX/UI Designer. The sequence of shifts in my expertise was driven by adaptation to new technologies & an appetite for research in regards to improving my communication of ideas that must be validated by industry standards. I’ve strengthened my working relationships with stakeholders ranging from c-suite to dev-teams by assisting in delivering relatable focus points with one another as colleagues, as well as collecting input from the clients they serve. The results of my role has allowed me to deliver products that offer impactful exchanges in value between all parties involved. 

 

My drive to further develop this above mentioned ability has also led to identifying the design thinking that I've been committed to before labeling it as user experience design. This realization has caused me to attempt creating infrastructure for others who may be experiencing the same without the necessary resources. I see this as a motivating factor in executing my skills in alignment with workforces who encourage growth & challenge me to become a better example for those designers I look to inspire.

What is MadeGroceries?

MadeGroceries is a New Orleans based creative collective of artists, producers, song writers & content creators. The overall initiative is to communicate healing practices into a modern, digestible format. Using the popular mediums of music & fashion, we were able to reach the youth & spread an influential lifestyle nationwide.

Accomplishments

Co-Owner/Creative Director/Artist | MadeGroceries | New Orleans, LA | September 2014 – 2021

  • Developed recognition for the label as a brand strategist resulting in $800k+ in investments. 

  • Created content in forms such as: websites, albums, music videos, merchandise, logos, & social media

  • Traveled over 40+ states increasing consumer base through improving audience engagement, ticket sales, & social media presence.
